Dear Ward 2 Residents,

With the civic election behind us, we Councillors have turned our attention to the release of the preliminary 2011 budget.  For the next month, we will be debating the merits of many programs, services and plans.  We have our work cut out for us as we must finalize a budget that not only meets the demands of our growing city, but is acceptable to Edmontonians.
